Fleet Support elevated B2B Marketing with B2B Vision Academy

At SPOTONVISION, we were proud to welcome Fleet Support to our B2B Vision Academy, where they completed the three key modules: B2B Marketing Foundations, ABM Essentials, and Customer Journey. By completing these programs, Fleet Support took a significant step toward Elevated B2B marketing. The Challenge – Building stronger client relationships 

Fleet Support, a leading provider of fleet and mobility management services, faced a common challenge: they wanted to strengthen their B2B marketing approach by gaining a deeper understanding of their buyers and customers, improving customer experience, and exploring Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Therefore, to achieve this, they brought together their Marketing, Account Management, Consulting, and Customer Engagement teams. Moreover, they recognized that collaboration with a shared vision and a unified focus is essential for B2B success. 

How SPOTONVISION helped 

Throughout the academy, we worked closely with Fleet Support. First, we explored their buyer personas and the journeys their customers go through. Then, we tailored ABM strategies for their biggest clients and identified ways to increase customer lifetime value.

One major highlight of the academy was the interactive clinics held at Fleet Support’s office. During these sessions, we developed an ABM plan, mapped the entire customer journey, and identified key Moments of Truth. Additionally, we proposed actionable improvements. As a result, these hands-on workshops ensured the concepts were practical and directly applied to Fleet Support’s business.
