At SPOTONVISION we have 2 areas of expertise: Marketing Strategy & Research and Digital Marketing & Technology. During 1,5 years as a trainee, you will have time to figure out where your passion lies. Typical projects are e.g. buyer persona research, buyer and customer journey mapping, account-based marketing and campaigning, content marketing and strategy.
You will be part of our regular team with a regular starting salary, and you will get additional special treatment and perks. You will have a personal coach, a professional who will speak with you every week for at least a full hour. You discuss the progress you are making, personal development challenges and tips and tricks to do your job even better.
Trainee Programme and B2B Academy days
The Programme is set up for ambitious talents who want to have a chance to find out what’s out there in B2B marketing as well as get extra time for training. You will join the bi-weekly B2B Academy days, a full day of learning. This is where we combine hard skills and soft skills. Some examples: how does account-based marketing work, how do you build a buyer persona profile and a buyer or customer journey, or develop a chatbot conversation, and what is data-driven marketing in B2B.
Soft skills are equally important: How to present to a large company’s Sales and Marketing team? Powerpoint next level, consulting skills, facilitating work sessions, project management.
Part of the team
You will work in the SPOTONVISION team as well as the Trainee team in the B2B Academy. This means that you will participate in monthly team meetings and learn more about our company growth, customer cases and knowledge development. In your trainee team, you will find inspiration, knowledge and friendship in a smaller setting. We organise social events as well; whether a drink, BBQ or outing, you are part of it all.
