About the role:
Long story short: we are looking for our first Business Development Manager! In this role you will easily connect with prospects, understand their business needs and identify the best way to help them.
- You will be responsible to drive and close new business opportunities.
- You will take the lead in shaping client specific value propositions and craft proposals to convert it to a deal.
- In collaboration with the managing director you will be responsible for driving all activities within the sales cycle – from crafting the first proposal, to negotiating and closure of the final contract.
- You get the opportunity to shape your role and build the growth team upon success.
You are a great networker building new relationships and maintaining existing contacts. You are always looking for new opportunities to enlarge the network and make SPOTONVISION known with new people.
You get energy from working with the latest digital sales tools and connecting with customers and prospects on multiple channels.


What do we expect from you?
- Generate sales opportunities by qualifying and reaching out to prospects.
- Identify client’s need and create proposals based on the objectives of the customer and the propositions of SPOTONVISION
- Proactively seek new opportunities in the market
- Participate in relevant marketing and industry events
- Conduct conversations with the C-suite in prospect accounts
- Build long-term trusted relationships with our prospects & customers
You will be a perfect match if you have/are:
- At least 5 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B professional services / agency / consultancy firm). Bonus points if you also have affinity with marketing.
- A strong, charismatic relationship builder with the ambition to expand your network.
- An entrepreneurial mindset,: you are a motivated and driven person who can work independently
- Experience using sales technologies (such as Salesforce, Outreach, Leadinfo, etc).
- Excellent command of both Dutch (C level) and English (C level) (speaking and writing)
- Based in The Netherlands
