It feels like yesterday when the government announced that everyone had to work from home due to COVID-19. Flexible as we are, we adapted to these new circumstances quickly. All team members grabbed an office chair, computer screen and keyboard and created their own home office. Instead of working from our beautiful office in Amstelveen, we started working from our living room, kitchen or bedroom (or garden, when the weather allowed for it).
To make sure we stayed connected as a team, we discussed our main goals and activities in our daily online ‘huddle’. We moved all our customer presentations and workshops to online video calls. We transformed monthly team outings, such as our Sinterklaas party, escape room and fitness workout, to online meetings. This was 2020 and it became our new way of working.
In 2021 we looked at our needs for the future and we decided on a new working structure: from now on the team can work from home, at our new office, or at a flexible workplace of HNK. From July 1, 2021, our new office in Bavinckhouse will be the epicenter of great B2B marketing strategies. We hope to see you there!
