Business (almost) as usual | update

With the news surrounding COVID-19, the health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees is our top priority. We hope that you are in good health, taking care of yourself and loved ones. As for now, we would like to share some of the steps SPOTONVISION is taking to maintain business continuity and support for our customers and partners.

How we’re keeping employees safe

Thankfully, the SPOTONVISION team is healthy and focused on working in a safe environment. We have executed our emergency response plan. As such, we have instructed our employees to work from home until further notice. Every employee has a secure, company-managed laptop and is set up for productivity regardless of their work environment with collaboration software. We are prepared and confident that the team and infrastructure will allow us to continue to support our product and customers with the same level of quality that we do today.

Events

All our planned meetings, kick-offs, interviews, workshops, events, Round Tables or Masterclasses will take place virtually. We have also updated our webinar calendar and you are invited to follow any of these webinars. This way you can keep you inspired on the latest B2B trends. We have suspended all company travel and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to resuming these face-to-face connections when it is safe to do so.

We’re here to help

We recognize that the current events impact us all. We are doing everything we can to ensure our employees’ health and safety during this time. Please reach out to your SPOTONVISION project manager with any questions, concerns, or requests – we’re here to help. If you need advice in planning and executing online events or webinars, let us know, we are very experienced in coordinating webinar projects for our customers.

Also, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of us at any time. In the meantime, please take good care of yourselves.
