spotONvision is the proud initiator and organizer of the B2B Marketing Forum that took place on March 15th in Amsterdam. A day for B2B marketing and communication professionals to share relevant content, meet peers and top speakers.

spotONvision’s challenge is to create a buzz around B2B marketing in general as well as about the event itself.

Solution

To grab the attention of B2B marketing and communication professionals spotONvision launches a content marketing campaign. A campaign executed with media and branch partners totally focused on B2B marketing knowledge. The ingredients? Free publicity, partnerships with main marketing blogs in The Netherlands, such as Marketingfacts, Management team and Frankwatching, social media activities on twitter and LinkedIn, B2B marketing webinars, email marketing and unique other activities such as the launch of a B2B Marketing Award, a Valentines campaign and  ‘Share your best B2B marketing tip’. Recently we also made this great trailer!

Result

The B2B Marketing Forum has attracted a lot of attention in a very short time, and just like last year, in 2010, the website of the B2B Marketing Forum attracts 200 unique visitors per day and the buzz is still growing. On twitter the forum has more than 600 followers and more than 195 members joined the LinkedIn group. Last year’s Forum was a great success. We hope to create the same success this year!
